Bilt is establishing an in-house Media Studio, a state-of-the-art brand marketing team dedicated to developing original social media intellectual property and series. Following the success of their Webby Award-winning series, Roomies, the company plans to expand its portfolio with innovative content over the next year. The Video Lead will serve as the creative driving force for this team, responsible for shooting, editing, and actualizing new concepts. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Content Director and an in-house Producer, under the guidance of the CMO, to conceptualize, test, and refine new series, transforming initial ideas into published content with significant audience engagement. It is characterized as a 'maker role' suited for a curious and creative individual who draws inspiration from various sources and is eager to contribute to the evolving media landscape.
