The people closest to the customer know what to do, but they can’t move fast enough to do it. We started Mutiny to fix that. Mutiny is an AI-native agent that lets sellers and marketers move at the speed of their ideas, building high-quality, on-brand experiences that actually wow buyers. This is a $100B+ market hiding in plain sight, and we think it’s one of the most interesting problems in tech right now. How do you actually scale 1:1 marketing? How do you eliminate dependencies across GTM teams? How do you give every seller the power of a full marketing team? We’re not just building a product — we’re building the system that makes this possible. Why this role exists Most B2B content is forgettable. It’s optimized for calendars, not impact. It sounds the same, looks the same, and doesn’t actually change how people think or act. We want to do something different. We’re investing heavily in content as a core part of how Mutiny grows. Not just to drive awareness, but to shape how people understand the problem we’re solving. We need someone who can take ideas and turn them into content people actually watch, share, and act on.

Requirements

  • You have strong creator instincts. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, watch, and share.
  • You’re a great editor. You can take raw footage and turn it into something sharp, engaging, and high quality.
  • You understand platforms. You know that LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube all work differently—and you adjust accordingly.
  • You move fast. You’re comfortable creating, shipping, and iterating quickly.
  • You have a point of view. You’re not just executing—you’re thinking about what works and why.
  • You’re curious about AI. You’re excited about new tools and how they change how content gets made.
  • You want to push the bar. You don’t want to make “good for B2B” content—you want to make genuinely great content.
  • Strong video editing and content creation skills (portfolio required)
  • Clear instincts for what makes content engaging and high-quality
  • Experience creating content for social platforms
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate without overthinking
  • Curiosity for AI tools and emerging content workflows
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City

Responsibilities

  • You’ll own how Mutiny shows up across social and video.
  • That means taking raw ideas—from founders, product, customers—and turning them into content that cuts through.
  • You’ll edit videos, package them, and adapt them for each platform.
  • You’ll develop a point of view on what works and push us to be better over time.
  • You’ll also look at what performs and why, then use that to guide what we create next.
  • This is not about posting more. It’s about making content that actually matters.
  • You’ll leave the brand sharper than you found it.
