About The Position

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. We are looking for creative designers and video editors who can help us tell our story through bold, engaging visuals. As a Video Editor Intern, you will edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social campaigns, creating premium, scroll-stopping edits with strong hooks, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and storytelling. You will collaborate with the team on viral content ideas, trend-based creatives, and high-quality brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social campaigns.
• Create premium, scroll-stopping edits with strong hooks, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the team on viral content ideas, trend-based creatives, and high-quality brand campaigns.
• Contribute to content brainstorming, viral reel concepts, trend-based storytelling, and campaign narratives & hooks.
• Work on sound design & music syncing, subtitles & typography, transitions & pacing, and color grading & finishing touches.
• Develop motion graphics & animations for social media content.
• Create branding content and performance marketing ads.
