Requirements
- Ability to screen-record yourself explaining editing decisions.
- Proficiency in video editing software (any genre, any platform).
- Ability to submit work via unlisted YouTube link or Loom video link.
- Video editing submissions must be 5 minutes or less.
Nice To Haves
- Experience editing for retention.
- Ability to clearly articulate thought process behind editing choices.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos to maximize retention and engagement.
- Walk through editing decisions, explaining the 'what' and 'why'.
- Identify areas for improvement in past edits.
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative visions to life.
