About The Position

Our client is a Melbourne-based creative property marketing studio composed of a passionate team of visual specialists who deliver high-quality marketing solutions for real estate and related industries. They provide end-to-end services including photography, videography, drone imaging, floorplans, copywriting, virtual staging, and virtual tours, using advanced tools and techniques to highlight each property’s unique features and create strong visual impact that helps listings stand out and attract higher engagement. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality real estate content for social media, property marketing, and brand-building campaigns. We're looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of real estate marketing and can create engaging, professional content that stands out.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing videos for the real estate, architecture or commercial marketing industries.
• Preferably 2–3 years of video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in any of the video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
• Excellent color grading and color correction skills
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Strong attention to detail with a strong sense of storytelling
• Creative mindset with an eye for modern social media trends
• Experience producing content for agents, property listings, or real estate brands
• Ability to take raw footage and turn it into polished, professional content
• Experience working with fast-paced content delivery and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive communicator who can collaborate during business hours when required
• Reliable internet connection and strong communication skills
• Professional, adaptable, and easy to work with.

Nice To Haves

• Motion graphics / After Effects experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality real estate videos for residential, builder, and commercial properties using Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Create engaging social media content, including vertical videos for platforms like Instagram, using Instagram tools and trends as reference
• Work on a variety of video packages (Budget, Budget Plus, Standard, Prestige)
• Manage projects and track tasks using ClickUp
• Collaborate with the Director on property walkthrough and feature videos
• Apply client feedback and deliver revisions accurately and efficiently
• Source licensed music that matches project style and client preferences
• Transform existing footage into engaging social media-ready content
• Maintain and organize video assets and stock libraries
• Follow established style guides and sample references to ensure consistency
• Work closely with videographers to ensure smooth project execution
