The advocate also assists attorneys and investigators, maintains statistical data, and collaborates with community support services. Additionally, the position involves conducting presentations, providing bi-lingual translation, answering a dedicated phone line, assisting walk-ins, and potentially performing disaster service worker duties during emergencies.
