About The Position

In this role, you will help develop, plan, and execute the MexiPass marketing and sales strategy to achieve our annual gross revenue goals over the next three (3) years, increase our market share in cross-border business, and maintain our excellent loss ratios.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of accounting and information systems
  • Must be able to read and analyze financial reports
  • The individual must also possess good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Attention to details
  • Will be required to work overtime (50 to 60 hours weekly)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to trade shows and visit insurance agents and brokers
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • MBA with an emphasis in Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience working for an MGA specializing in international insurance

Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel supporting the marketing department
  • Prepare, implement, and manage marketing campaigns on social media to help increase the direct sales division
  • Prepare, implement, manage, and attend marketing campaigns for insurance agents' trade shows/conventions across the USA to increase sales through our MGA/MGU division
  • Help develop marketing materials for new and existing products
  • Improve and increase the retention of insurance producers
  • Willingness to learn quickly in a constantly evolving environment
  • Other duties as assigned
