About The Position

Blackstone Credit & Insurance’s Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis team performs analyses and financial reporting of BXCI’s results and originates and executes strategic initiatives. The Vice President will maintain and enhance BXCI’s operating and fund models to produce firm forecasts and projections. The operating model is supported by individual fund models and projects cash flows across all products. The role also works with investment teams, prepares financial results materials for senior leadership, supports AUM reporting, and contributes to product development, technology initiatives, and special finance projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 10 or more years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Prior experience in investment banking or FP&A preferred.
• Prior experience in private credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance BXCI’s operating and fund models to create firm forecasts and projections, including projecting cash flows for every product.
• Work with the investment team on requests, including updating fund models, PM reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual materials on BXCI’s financial results for presentation to Senior Leadership.
• Assist in managing the AUM reporting process.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Leadership.
• Liaise with investor relations on new product development.
• Assist with technology initiatives.
• Work on special finance projects determined by the needs of Senior Leadership.
