About The Position

Provide practice consulting to leaders and advisors in the financial industry across Latin America (LatAm), offering strategic guidance on business development, client segmentation, and operational efficiency. Directly consult with advisors and senior leaders, while also coordinating with external consultants and internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with U.S. Wealth Advisory (USWA) and other global segments to share expertise and industry trends, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic initiatives. Contribute to the creation of scalable practice management content and co-develop materials with experts. Customize presentations and other resources to meet the specific needs of advisor teams. Empower sales colleagues by equipping them with tools and insights to deepen relationships with their advisor clients. Lead one-on-one and group consultations with advisors to assess their business models and identify growth opportunities. Develop and deliver training sessions on best practices in client engagement and portfolio positioning. Participate in cross-functional projects that involve coordinating with investment strategy teams, sales teams, marketing and compliance to ensure cohesive messaging and execution. 20% domestic and international travel required. Employer will accept a 3-year Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of experience as an Associate or a related role. Employer will accept a 3-year Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English, and Spanish or Portuguese required.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: Sales process, prospecting, objection handling, closing and long-term relationship management
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: Working with offshore clients regarding their unique and complex needs with regulatory, tax, and investment considerations
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: Global financial market dynamics and macroeconomic trends, and the ability to translate these insights into actionable guidance.
  • Must have four (4) years of experience with: Investment products and services including ETFs, active funds, liquid alternatives, private markets, model portfolios and portfolio construction.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience with: Investment strategies and practice management solutions that align with unique objectives and regulatory environments of each client segment
  • Must have three (3) years of experience with: Wealth management business models, client segmentation/growth strategies, and how to evolve their business via practice management/business consulting frameworks.
