About The Position

As the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Vice President within Consumer and Community Banking, you will be responsible for coordinating the budgeting, forecasting process, as well as management reports and presentations. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing financial analysis and establishing documented procedures. In addition, the individual will perform financial analysis and metric driven financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
7+ years of relevant finance experience in planning, forecasting, and management reporting, with a strong expense-focused orientation and proven capability in analyzing large datasets and key P&L drivers.
Executive communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting clear, decision-ready insights to senior leadership.
Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving, and project execution, with demonstrated ownership, accuracy, and on-time delivery against established reporting calendars.
Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills, partnering across Finance and business teams to align assumptions, inputs, and deliverables.
Highly organized self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Essbase, Atoti (AnaplanXL), and Databricks is preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare, consolidate, review, and analyze key monthly financial deliverables, including expense presentations, expense analytics, P&L line-item analysis, and management reporting.
Own the expense and headcount narrative across deliverables, ensuring clear, consistent messaging for senior management.
Partner with Auto Finance and functional finance teams to produce high-quality budgets and forecasts, including assumptions, drivers, and variance explanations.
Perform deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers, quantify impacts, and translate results into concise, executive-ready storylines (“zoom in / zoom out”).
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables, meeting established reporting calendars and prescribed timelines.
Support finance transformation initiatives by defining scope, managing dashboard development, and modernizing reporting and data visualization solutions.
Lead recurring and one-off analyses to support senior management decision-making.
Coordinate across LOB, CCB central and corporate functions (e.g., External Reporting, Investor Relations, CFA) to align inputs, outputs, and messaging.
Support ad hoc projects as business needs arise.
