About The Position

The Vice President, Information Reporting will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the Bank’s balance and transaction reporting product suite. This role owns the end-to-end client reporting experience—across account, balance, and transaction reporting (e.g., camt.052/053/054, BAI2, MT940/942, and API-based reporting)—ensuring products are competitive, compliant with evolving industry standards, and aligned with client needs. The successful candidate will partner across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Client Service to modernize the reporting platform and support strategic initiatives including ISO 20022 migration and SWIFT Standards Release readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in transaction banking, treasury/cash management, or payments product management.
  • Deep knowledge of cash and transaction reporting standards and formats (ISO 20022 / camt, MT940/942, BAI2, API-based reporting).
  • Experience with embedded banking, integrated receivables, or API-first product models.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle in a banking or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate treasury and transaction banking client landscape.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior/executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ISO 20022 migration and SWIFT Standards Release programs.
  • Familiarity with connectivity channels (host-to-host / SFTP, API, SWIFT, ERP integration).
  • Agile / product management certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe).
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Information Reporting product suite, from roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Lead product readiness for evolving message standards (ISO 20022 / CBPR+, SWIFT Standards Release 2027) and ensure reporting formats remain compliant, accurate, and timely.
  • Serve as the voice of the client—translating client and market requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Implementation teams to deliver reporting capabilities on time and within scope, resolving dependencies and escalations.
  • Support Sales and Relationship Management with product expertise, RFP responses, client demonstrations, and revenue/adoption targets.
  • Define and track product KPIs (adoption, revenue, delivery timeliness, data quality, client satisfaction) and report progress to senior management.
  • Ensure products adhere to internal risk, control, and regulatory requirements, and maintain appropriate documentation and audit readiness.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials and represent the product function in management reviews and governance forums.
