The Associate Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic leader helping to drive the evolution of the talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture. This role will lead the design and delivery of integrated programs across talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and culture and engagement. This role will also be pivotal in leading the company’s AI transformation and workforce enablement, ensuring employees are empowered to leverage AI tools and mindsets to enhance innovation, productivity, and collaboration. As a member of the People leadership team, the role will partner closely with business leaders and HR team to ensure that the organization develops and engages the talent to create a high-performance culture at Hyland.
