As a senior talent leader, this role serves as a strategic partner to business and HR leadership, driving proactive sourcing, scalable recruitment processes, a high‑quality candidate experience, and a highly collaborative talent acquisition operating model. This role requires proven experience defining and operationalizing the intersections and handoffs between talent acquisition, talent management, and learning to form an elegant and high performing talent and hiring ecosystem.
