About The Position

The VP, Strategy Global Supply Chain is responsible for shaping, driving, and operationalizing strategies across the Supply function that support business growth, operational excellence, and the long-term strategic vision of PVH Supply Chain and Operations. This role partners closely with the CSCO and Supply Chain leadership team to translate strategic vision into enterprise-wide priorities, measurable execution plans, and sustained business impact across multiple time horizons, functions, and geographies. In addition to defining strategic direction, this role will serve as a key partner to the CSCO in steering strategic implementation and driving performance management across the Supply Chain organization. The VP Strategy will establish governance, performance tracking, and accountability mechanisms to ensure strategic priorities are effectively executed, operational targets are achieved, and Supply Chain performance continuously improves in alignment with business objectives. This role will lead a centralized Strategy and PMO organization responsible for defining, standardizing, and overseeing project management methodologies, governance processes, and execution best practices. The team will provide strategic oversight, tools, and implementation support for enterprise Supply initiatives globally. The VP Strategy must maintain a strong external perspective, understanding macroeconomic, geopolitical, trade, technology, and consumer trends impacting global supply chains. This leader will exhibit a high level of influence and strategic foresight to identify competitive opportunities, benchmark best practices across industries, and position PVH Supply to build sustainable competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in the consumer, retail, apparel, or related industry, including 5+ years within a leading strategy consulting firm.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation and value realization across topics including growth strategy, operating model transformation, portfolio/category management, operational capabilities, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong experience driving strategic execution, business performance management, and cross-functional governance within complex global organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the consumer and retail landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align stakeholders globally.
  • Proven strategic and operational leadership capabilities with experience leading high-performing global teams.
  • Highly collaborative and capable of influencing across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a holistic, forward-looking view of global business and Supply Chain strategy to identify, connect, and deliver initiatives that strengthen category and industry leadership.
  • Partner directly with the CSCO to steer strategy implementation, monitor organizational performance, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable operational outcomes across the Supply Chain.
  • Establish and lead strategic governance, business performance reviews, KPI management, and execution tracking processes to drive accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across Supply functions.
  • Conceptualize and operationalize strategies that increase speed, flexibility, resilience, efficiency, and agility across the end-to-end value chain.
  • Lead PVH Supply's strategic priorities and support leadership through the prioritization, implementation, and successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to align regional strategies with the broader global Supply vision and performance objectives.
  • Lead strategic analysis to solve complex business challenges, uncover growth and operational opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations and execution roadmaps.
  • Study external industries, emerging technologies, and global trends while conducting competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities and innovative applications within the business.
  • Deliver business, operational, functional, and market insights to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop executive communications and presentations for the CSCO and leadership team, including Annual Strategy and Budget presentations, Board of Directors materials, and external-facing presentations.
  • Ensure system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, and integrations align with Supply Chain strategy, operating model evolution, and business priorities.
  • Understand and monitor macro trends including trade policy, geopolitical developments, sourcing shifts, and global supply chain risks and opportunities, and assess business impact.
  • Influence and collaborate across the corporation to create partnerships, drive alignment, remove barriers, and achieve enterprise results.
  • Communicate strategies, performance progress, priorities, and results across multiple functions and organizational levels to drive transparency, engagement, and buy-in.
  • Lead and develop global Strategy and PMO teams while fostering strategic capability building, knowledge sharing, and talent development across regions and offshore teams.
  • Partner with leveraged teams to identify enterprise-wide opportunities, synergies, and interdependencies across the corporation.
