Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3 or more years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence decision-making at senior levels.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and driving the strategic initiatives within BNY by developing and executing strategic plans that align with BNY's objectives, fostering innovation and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to BNY's strategic pillars, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and forward-thinking in a dynamic market environment.
  • Lead the formulation and implementation of strategic plans by analyzing market trends and organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business goals, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning methodologies.
  • Facilitate the identification of growth opportunities and potential risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare reports to monitor the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes by integrating industry best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Support the communication of strategic initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement.
