Vice President, Software Engineering (PRE-ID)

LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLCNovi, MI

About The Position

Lineage is transforming the global cold chain through cutting-edge technology, deep logistics expertise, and a clear purpose: to eliminate waste and help feed the world. As the company continues to expand its reach and evolve its operating model, Lineage is investing heavily in the development and maturation of its internal technology platforms to drive performance, reliability, and value at scale. This role sits at the heart of that ambition. As Vice President of Software Engineering, you will have accountability for Lineage’s two most critical software platforms – LinOS and Connect – leading a global engineering team of over 200 people and overseeing significant multi-million-dollar product development budgets. Your remit will span from hands-on architecture and incident response through to roadmap planning, budget strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of supply chain technology at true scale. The successful candidate will bring a balance of technical credibility, delivery discipline, and business fluency – helping Lineage move from an engineering organisation with strong intent to one with consistent, world-class execution. This role requires a seasoned engineering leader with the technical depth, commercial acumen, and leadership maturity to operate at pace and scale within a fast-evolving global technology organisation. The successful candidate will bring clarity, discipline and delivery excellence to Lineage’s most business-critical software products, while strengthening the engineering culture and fostering trust across Product, Technology, and Executive teams.
