Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related: and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in defining and governing end to end application architecture using PEGA Platform as part of enterprise scale case management solutions.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in participating in the infrastructure capacity planning and environment readiness requirements to support proposed Pega BPM solutions.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in strategizing the PEGA application upgrade for cloud environments, applying best practices for rollback planning, schema changes and performance tuning post upgrade.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in defining structured and automated CICD pipeline leveraging XLR, Jenkins and DevOps tools to streamline the packaging, promotion for Pega applications.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in ensuring effective use of Pega work Flows, designing class structure, data model, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, Email, MQ), Connectors, REST and SOAP Services, and DX API.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
  • Apply understanding of Pega 8, Pega PRPC guardrails, and all Pega PRPC features.
  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built-in from the outset.
  • Utilize knowledge of Enterprise class structure, complex workflows, and design patterns.
  • Apply strong knowledge in Case management, data modeling, integrations, agents, and performance fine tuning.
  • Employ indepth knowledge of UX/UI design expertise and UI guardrails.
  • Utilize knowledge of Pega upgrades, server configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate exposure to Agile development and its delivery model.
