About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to drive strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement within the Telecommunications, Energy, and Data Center/Edge Enclosure markets. This role leads both Sales and Marketing teams and plays a key part in developing solution-based sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in Telecommunications or CATV.
  • Experience managing distributors and rep firms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Regional Sales teams and solution-based sales efforts.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure strong service and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth, quotas, and budgeting.
  • Attract and retain national accounts.
  • Maintain CRM activity and reporting.
  • Provide direction for Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Offer technical guidance related to enclosure solutions and network integration.
