About The Position

Anton Paar USA is hiring a Vice President to lead the our South Region, based in our Houston regional headquarters. This senior role includes full P&L responsibility across 16 product lines and leadership of three Sales Directors and one Service Manager. This is a key position at a defining moment for the region. Anton Paar is building a new, ground-up facility in Houston, and the VP will play a central part in shaping the region’s strategy, culture, and future footprint as we enter a new phase of growth and investment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
  • At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service
  • Strong commercial judgement, leadership presence, and strategic mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Southern United States
  • Valid driver’s license and passport

  • Experience in scientific instrumentation or related industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full strategic and operational responsibility for the South Region P&L
  • Development and execution of regional growth strategies

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and regional resource planning
  • Recruiting and developing top commercial and service talent
