Requirements

  • VP/Senior Director experience in RevOps or Sales Ops
  • Background in Consulting, SI, or Enterprise SaaS
  • $200M+ revenue, multi-BU experience
  • Growth or post-M&A environments
  • Ability to Forecast accuracy within ±5–10%
  • Higher conversion and velocity
  • Reduced slippage
  • Increased quota attainment

Responsibilities

  • Drive stage-by-stage conversion improvement
  • Identify stalled deals and implement recovery actions
  • Partner with sellers and managers to advance priority deals
  • Enforce deal inspection frameworks
  • Implement weekly deal, pipeline, and forecast reviews
  • Standardize stages, exit criteria, and rigor
  • Embed accountability across business units
  • Own forecasting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Improve commit accuracy and predictability
  • Diagnose gaps early and drive course correction
  • Create transparency on risk, slippage, and upside
  • Translate data into actionable guidance
  • Focus on leading indicators: velocity, conversion, aging, win/loss
  • Define pipeline quality standards
  • Ensure 3+ quarters of forward coverage
  • Lead pipeline inspections
  • Identify and activate responses to structural gaps
  • Drive consistency across business units
  • Support integration of acquired teams
  • Enable cross-sell execution
