About The Position

Bally's Chicago is a $1.7 billion integrated resort rising along the Chicago River. This role is for an individual who can shape what the resort becomes, building the operational foundation before the first guest walks through the door. The resort will feature 500 hotel rooms, 50,000 square feet of convention space, a 3,000-seat entertainment venue, a two-acre park, 2,000 feet of riverwalk, and a casino.

Requirements

Experience in designing and implementing SOPs, service standards, and systems integrations.
Experience in leading team selection and culture-setting.
Experience in hotel operations oversight, including Front Office, Bell, and Concierge.
Experience in driving occupancy, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction.
Experience in establishing cleanliness standards, turn protocols, and labor models for housekeeping.
Experience in overseeing facilities and campus operations.
Experience in developing and operating spa and retail outlets.
Experience in building revenue through programming, packaging, and upsell culture.
Experience in owning arrival and departure processes, including throughput protocols and service standards for valet and parking.
Experience in owning departmental P&L, labor models, and budget.
Experience in using data to benchmark against best-in-class resorts.
Experience in coordinating with various leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement all SOPs, service standards, and systems integrations from the ground up for pre-opening.
Lead team selection and culture-setting across all divisions for pre-opening.
Full oversight of 500 hotel rooms including Front Office, Bell, Concierge, and all guest-facing touchpoints.
Drive occupancy, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction for hotel operations.
Establish cleanliness standards, turn protocols, and labor models for housekeeping.
Oversee VP of Facilities and full campus operations.
Protect the integrity of a $1.7 billion asset.
Develop and operate the resort spa and all retail outlets.
Build revenue through programming, packaging, and upsell culture for spa and retail.
Own arrival and departure processes for valet and parking.
Establish throughput protocols and service standards for valet and parking.
Own departmental P&L, labor models, and budget.
Use data to benchmark against best-in-class resorts.
Serve as the primary bridge between resort operations, Levy Restaurants, Casino, Convention, and Entertainment leadership.
