The VP provides the high-level strategy and organizational design for the QCx department. Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the end-to-end quality and commissioning roadmap, ensuring a seamless transition from initial design through to substantial completion and tenant handover.
  • Lead the recruitment and development of internal QCx professionals. You are responsible for identifying global talent needs and building a scalable team structure of Quality Directors and Commissioning Managers to meet Beale’s growth demands.
  • Lead the strategic selection of third-party Commissioning Agents. Own the end-to-end RFP process, including scope definition, commercial negotiation, and performance auditing of external partners.
  • Act as the primary technical stakeholder for tenant lease negotiations and technical work letters. Ensure that commissioning scripts, quality benchmarks, and handover requirements are operationally feasible and aligned with tenant uptime expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve Beale’s global quality standards, technical specifications, and procedural toolsets. Shift the organization toward proactive, data driven Quality Assurance.
  • Support Design and Pre-Construction teams to ensure "Design-for-Testability" is baked into early-stage plans, reducing field friction and accelerating the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary QCx partner for hyperscale clients’ technical teams. Secure absolute confidence in asset reliability by providing transparent, real-time visibility into commissioning progress and risk mitigation.
  • Lead the formal feedback loop to ensure field-level deficiencies identified during commissioning are engineered out of future project specifications.
