About The Position

UW Credit Union is a nearly $7 billion member-owned financial cooperative serving 400,000+ members across Wisconsin. This Vice President ensures that the mission of improving member financial well-being is engineered directly into every product brought to market. The organization builds and maintains its digital banking technology in-house, with a dedicated digital engineering team working alongside product owners and business leaders. The product practice is central to growth and competition, defining products as the complete member experience across digital and physical channels. Performance and investment are managed through cross-functional Product Strategy Teams (PSTs) that combine expertise in digital product, sales, marketing, underwriting, operations, and technology. Data and AI are integrated into the work, supported by a values-driven, highly engaged leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise transformation by building an integrated product engine that connects member insight, balance sheet economics, and digital delivery into measurable competitive advantage. The position involves partnering with leaders across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance who respect product management. The work environment is hybrid, with at least three days in the office and up to two days remote, complemented by generous paid time off and a focus on balance and flexibility. Madison is recognized as a great place to live.
