About The Position
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Vice President - Product Management. This is a full-time position located in New York, NY. As Vice President - Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset capabilities, including tokenization, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, and staking. You will develop business cases, ROI models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to build, launch, and optimize scalable products, ensuring all features meet strict regulatory, compliance, and institutional risk standards. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on digital asset infrastructure and market trends, influencing stakeholders at senior executive levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, leading complex technical platforms from 0-to-1 through execution.
- Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and market infrastructure (custody, trading, settlement, DeFi/staking mechanics).
- Hands-on experience building and launching products within heavily regulated financial environments.
- Proven ability to size market opportunities, build business cases, and execute GTM plans.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
