Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a technology, SaaS or AI-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in managing complex product portfolios across different lifecycle stages, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in transformation settings and comfortable operating between strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS product management, especially in ARR/MRR management, subscription economics, retention and monetization models.
  • Make decisions analytically and based on data, with a clear focus on customer value, business impact and scalability.
  • Experienced in agile product development, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Stand out through ownership, execution strength, and drive to push our products to the next level.
  • Hold an academic degree, ideally at Master’s level.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Strong interest in technology and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap across multiple horizons, aligned with growth, retention and profitability goals.
  • Steer a diversified portfolio across different lifecycle stages and define fit-for-purpose strategies for both cloud and legacy products.
  • Drive the legacy-to-cloud migration as a key business lever, owning roadmap, communication and conversion targets.
  • Define and manage relevant product KPIs such as ARR, NRR, churn, adoption, time-to-value and migration success.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value and translate them into robust business cases for features, pricing, packaging and monetization.
  • Establish delivery excellence through clear sprint and release governance, an effective discovery-to-delivery pipeline and transparent roadmap communication.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Service to unlock customer value, expansion potential and scalability.
  • Lead your team with a strong focus on performance, development, operational excellence and AI capability building.
