About The Position

Build technology that helps JPMorganChase deliver meaningful community impact at scale. In this role, you’ll drive predictable, high-quality delivery across a Salesforce-based product suite that supports grants, employee engagement, and relationship management. As a Product Delivery Manager with in Corporate Responsibility Technology (Corporate Technology), you will lead end-to-end delivery outcomes for Morgan Impact (Grants) and Employee Engagement & Volunteerism (EEV) products, partnering closely with Product Management to deliver customer value through a scalable, resilient Salesforce ecosystem. You will champion inclusive collaboration across technology, operations, data, controls, and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery is transparent, measurable, and aligned to strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, product delivery, agile delivery, or technical program delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce-based products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or custom platform implementations) with coordinated release planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of end-to-end product/delivery life cycle practices, including discovery-to-delivery integration, release readiness, and value management.
  • Strong agile delivery leadership experience, including facilitation of ceremonies and planning events (Scrum and/or Kanban) and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining predictable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven ability to define, track, and improve delivery and product health metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, predictability, defect trends, reliability indicators).
  • Strong risk, controls, and governance orientation, including documentation discipline, approval workflows, and audit-ready delivery practices.
  • Experience with delivery tooling and reporting (e.g., Jira and Confluence or equivalent) to maintain transparent operating rhythms and decision logs.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate on architecture, integrations, environments, and operational readiness within a Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status updates, decision documents, and stakeholder-facing narratives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading delivery across multiple agile squads and coordinating portfolio-level planning for a product suite.
  • Salesforce ecosystem familiarity, including platform governance, environment strategy, DevOps/release practices, and integration patterns (APIs/middleware).
  • Experience supporting products related to community impact, grants management, employee engagement/volunteerism, or CRM/case management.
  • Familiarity with scaled agile concepts (e.g., PI planning and cross-team dependency management) applied pragmatically in regulated environments.
  • Relevant certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe certifications, PMI-ACP/PMP, Salesforce Admin, or Platform App Builder.
  • Experience partnering with Information Security, Architecture, Data, Controls, and Operations teams to improve resiliency and stability outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendors/implementation partners with performance tracking and integration into internal delivery operating models.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Product Managers to translate product strategy and roadmaps into delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Owns delivery governance across the Salesforce portfolio (Grants, EEV, CRM), including scope, forecasting, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Drives cross-functional execution alignment across engineering, operations, data, and business partners to secure priority, sequencing, and commitment clarity.
  • Establishes delivery transparency through executive-ready reporting (status, RAID, capacity, burn-up/down, throughput, cycle time, defect trends, and release readiness).
  • Leads release planning and coordination across environments, change/release processes, and operational readiness (communications, training, and support handoffs).
  • Serves as the Agility Lead for the Salesforce product suite, reinforcing consistent agile practices and strong backlog hygiene with Product and Engineering.
  • Facilitates quarterly/PI planning (or equivalent), sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and cross-team synchronization.
  • Improves delivery flow and team health by identifying bottlenecks, strengthening estimation/forecasting, and enabling continuous improvement routines.
  • Coaches teams and stakeholders on outcome-based planning, pragmatic agile execution, and effective operating rhythms across product, engineering, QA, and release management.
  • Coordinates portfolio-level dependencies and shared platform considerations (shared objects, integrations, environment strategy, and governance) across products and teams.
  • Embeds quality, controls, and auditability into delivery by aligning acceptance criteria, test strategies, documentation, approvals, and production support readiness.
