About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and execute business development strategies by leveraging market insights and client feedback to expand BNY's private banking client base. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise in private banking and delivering personalized financial solutions. Liaise with internal teams to support seamless product delivery and sales execution. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure services align with client needs and BNY’s strategic objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within private banking to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance and sales activity, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Typically 5-8 years of experience in private banking or related financial services.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements within the private banking sector.
