Vice President Performance & Strategic Execution

Lifemark Health GroupToronto, ON
CA$170,000 - CA$225,000Hybrid

About The Position

Lifemark Health Group (LHG) is a market leader in customized healthcare solutions with over 20 years of service excellence. As one of Canada's largest healthcare providers, LHG employs over 5,000 professionals across nearly 400 locations. The company is focused on being the most innovative healthcare provider in community rehabilitation, workplace health and wellness, and medical assessment services. Lifemark was acquired by Loblaw Companies in May 2022 and has experienced significant growth. This role is central to Lifemark's transition into a phase of professionalizing the organization while maintaining growth momentum, focusing on strengthening the operational foundation, capital discipline, and enterprise focus for sustainable scaling. The Vice President, Performance & Strategic Execution is responsible for translating Lifemark’s growth ambition into focused, economically disciplined, and strategically sequenced execution. This leader will own the enterprise view of multi-year strategic planning, capital allocation governance, initiative portfolio prioritization, enterprise performance architecture and analytics, and executive reporting to the CEO, Board, and parent company. The core mandate is to ensure capital, leadership attention, and organizational capacity are concentrated on the highest-value strategic priorities, with growth decisions reflecting explicit tradeoffs between speed, sustainability, margin, and integration complexity. While operational leaders remain accountable for execution, this role governs what gets done, in what order, with what resources, and with what expected return.
