About The Position

Sentra is seeking a strategic, people-centric HR executive to lead its global People function as the company scales. The role will shape and drive Sentra’s people-first culture, build and scale HR infrastructure across teams in the US and Israel, and help make the company a leading destination for talent in cybersecurity. The Vice President, People will be a member of the management team and report directly to the CEO, managing a global team of four HR professionals. The role supports growth across the US, Israel, and Europe.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global company.
• Deep knowledge of labor regulations in both the US and Israel.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key executive leader, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Manage the global People function, including a team of four HR professionals.
• Develop and execute HR strategies and culture aligned with Sentra’s goals and global growth.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for expanding teams in the US, Israel, and Europe.
• Drive organizational development, including performance management, career growth, and leadership training programs.
• Manage and mentor HR teams across locations, supporting a cohesive, high-performance culture.
• Create and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
• Partner with leadership to scale the workforce while maintaining a strong company culture.
