The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading large-scale operations, managing complex business portfolios, and delivering sustainable results. Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex operations and large-scale teams.
• Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key client relationships.
• The ability to lead through change, influence across an organization, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
• Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability.
