About The Position

Jobs for America’s Graduates – Kansas (JAG-K) is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to join our leadership team. This key executive role provides strategic leadership and oversight for stakeholder stewardship, client development, and organizational capacity-building for both JAG-K and Future Success Kansas. The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives will lead the development and execution of pilot and large-scale initiatives, while helping design and implement sustainable, revenue-generating business models that support the growth of Future Success Kansas’s innovative products and services. Additionally, this position serves as General Counsel to JAG-K, providing legal guidance and strategic counsel to the organization. This position offers a flexible work environment, including opportunities for periodic remote work, along with occasional travel as needed. Requirements

Juris Doctor (preferred)
6 years of experience in marketing, communication or sales
Valid driver’s license
Able to work well independently while managing multiple priorities
Live in Kansas or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for stakeholder stewardship, client development, and organizational capacity-building for both JAG-K and Future Success Kansas.
