About The Position

Known for our innovative approach and relentless focus on quality, were scaling fastand were looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead that charge. This is more than a sales leadership role. Its a rare opportunity to influence company direction, build national strategy, and scale a high-performing team from the ground upwith direct access to the CEO and executive team. As VP of Sales , youll serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for revenue growth, client acquisition, and team development across all markets. You'll lead with a combination of data-driven decision-making, high emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
  • 8-12+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of staffing/recruiting models, trends, and client needs
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage national or multi-regional sales operations

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership Set and own national sales strategy, goals, and revenue targets in alignment with company growth objectives
  • Identify new verticals and markets, build go-to-market strategies, and lead expansion initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation, conversion, and client experience
  • Executive Relationship Management Cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders across target industries
  • Lead high-level business development efforts and close strategic deals
  • Represent BestLogic Staffing at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
  • Operational Excellence Implement systems and reporting tools to track sales KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and team performance
  • Drive CRM utilization and sales process discipline across the organization
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning
