The VP of Sourcing is a newly elevated executive mandate, expanding the scope of what has historically been a merchandising-adjacent sourcing function into full ownership of the company's global sourcing strategy, vendor network, working capital position, and cross-border compliance. the VP of Sourcing will restructure vendor payment terms to move our collision business to a negative cash conversion cycle, consolidate and modernize the company's sourcing operations in Taiwan, build sourcing capability in new geographies, and maintain cost competitiveness while meeting all U.S. safety and regulatory standards. This role reports directly to the COO and carries board-level visibility. It requires someone who can operate as a strategic executive-setting the mandate, negotiating for resources, and reporting progress at the executive and board level-while also being hands-on enough to personally drive vendor negotiations, oversee a cost-gap deep-dive at the component level, and hold a cross-functional compliance workstream accountable even when the technical work sits with another function.
