Vice President of Security - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Direct the operation of the Security division in accordance with New Jersey and Company regulations; this position functions as the Security Department Manager pursuant to regulatory requirements. Oversee all investigations conducted by Security personnel, ensuring that each incident to which a Security department employee is assigned is properly recorded. Communicate in writing to the credit department of accurate and verifiable information that may be relevant in determining credit worthiness. Establish, maintain and control capital and operational budgets for areas of responsibility; develop and implement cost control procedures. Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate. Provide strategic oversight for Security department; recommend best demonstrated practices and efficiencies to property leadership. Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. Ensures staff provides the Family Style Service model at all times.
