The Vice President of Security is the senior security executive responsible for the enterprise-wide security program across the corporate entity, including its cleared and uncleared subsidiaries. Operating at the corporate level of a FOCI-mitigated enterprise governed by a Special Security Agreement (SSA), this role sets security strategy, policy, and standards for the entire organization and provides executive leadership, oversight, and support to the Facility Security Officers and the business security functions across all locations. The VP of Security owns the corporate security posture, protecting personnel, facilities, information, and controlled technology while ensuring the enterprise operates in full compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and the terms of its FOCI Mitigation. This position serves as a principal security advisor to executive leadership and the Board, works directly with the Government Security Committee (GSC), and serves as the liaison with DCSA and government program customers. The VP must be able to integrate security across a diverse operational footprint while upholding the insulation requirements that allow a foreign-owned enterprise to remain a trusted defense contractor. Ultimately, the VP of Security safeguards the enterprise's ability to perform on classified and controlled government contracts enabling the business to compete and grow without compromising national security obligations.
