About The Position

R&R Solutions is seeking an aggressive, strategic, and growth-minded Vice President of Sales to lead our business development initiatives and scale our market footprint from our headquarters in Gravette, AR. In this executive leadership role, you will split your time between high-level corporate strategy and hands-on field sales and coaching. You will own the sales pipeline, oversee a high-performing sales team, and directly drive revenue by securing new logos and expanding existing customer accounts within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Project Management sectors. Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven business development leadership experience specifically within the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) AND Project Management spaces.
  • A documented history of winning new logos and driving organic revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Proven success in hiring, training, and scaling a professional business development team.
  • Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% of the time to support field operations and client relations.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to command a room of C-suite decision-makers.
  • An analytical thinker who looks beyond daily tasks to optimize sales processes, budgets, and overall team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact strategic sales plans that align with and accelerate corporate growth targets.
  • Directly manage, train, and evaluate a team of 3+ sales representatives, ensuring high accountability, sharp territory management, and continuous skill development.
  • Travel up to 50% to sit at the table with key clients, deliver persuasive executive presentations, and assist field representatives in negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and deliver transparent, data-driven pipeline reports, sales volume forecasts, and market expansion strategies directly to the COO.
  • Analyze, control, and optimize divisional expenditures to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with corporate budget requirements.
  • Continually evaluate competitor activities and shifting market trends to keep our service offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team and operational departments to guarantee flawless execution on new client promises.
