R&R Solutions is seeking an aggressive, strategic, and growth-minded Vice President of Sales to lead our business development initiatives and scale our market footprint from our headquarters in Gravette, AR. In this executive leadership role, you will split your time between high-level corporate strategy and hands-on field sales and coaching. You will own the sales pipeline, oversee a high-performing sales team, and directly drive revenue by securing new logos and expanding existing customer accounts within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Project Management sectors.
