About The Position

The Vice President of Sales – Technology will play a pivotal role in building, launching, and scaling PEAC Solutions’ Technology vertical. This is a highly visible, market-facing leadership role responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing key vendor and channel partnerships, originating new business, and positioning PEAC as a trusted financing partner for technology providers and their customers. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in technology finance, vendor programs, consultative sales, and executive relationship management, with the ability to operate strategically while also building the foundation, pipeline, processes, and partnerships needed to stand up a new growth vertical. This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with Credit, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other Sales leadership to deliver scalable growth, strong portfolio performance, and an exceptional customer and partner experience. Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and lead PEAC Solutions’ Technology vertical, including the sales strategy, target market definition, partner segmentation, value proposition, operating cadence, and growth roadmap.
  • Originate and grow new business through disciplined prospecting, executive-level relationship development, and expansion of strategic partnerships with technology vendors, manufacturers, resellers, distributors, managed service providers, systems integrators, and other channel partners.
  • Develop scalable vendor finance and channel finance programs that support customer acquisition, equipment and software refresh cycles, managed services, subscription-oriented solutions, and other technology-forward financing needs.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Technology market, including customer buying behavior, competitive landscape, product structures, partner economics, and emerging trends affecting technology financing.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear activity metrics, forecasting discipline, conversion tracking, and accountability for origination volume, profitability, portfolio quality, and partner satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, Documentation, Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to design efficient workflows, underwriting parameters, documentation processes, pricing approaches, and service standards that support scalable growth.
  • Translate market feedback into actionable recommendations for product development, program design, risk appetite, sales tools, partner enablement, and customer experience improvements.
  • Develop compelling sales messaging, partner presentations, playbooks, and enablement materials that clearly articulate PEAC’s value proposition in the Technology market.
  • Represent PEAC Solutions externally at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer engagements to build market presence and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and lead sales talent as the vertical scales, establishing a performance-oriented culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, market expertise, and customer focus.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization to ensure alignment on strategy, resource needs, risk considerations, operational readiness, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Monitor performance against defined objectives and provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline health, market opportunities, partner activity, revenue performance, and key risks or barriers to growth.
