About The Position

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving the sales, leasing strategy and execution across DLP real estate products, including park models, homes, apartments and lots. What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 10+ years experience leading sales on behalf of developers and/or home builders. Experience in park models and manufactured home sales preferred. Commercial and land sales experience preferred. What you are great at: (Responsibilities) Lead sales team for park models, home and apartments. Implement sales strategy and execution across each development. Lead sales training across the sales team. Lead the sale and leasing of park models, homes and lots across LivingFully Communities.
