This is a player-coach role designed for a high-performing enterprise sales leader who combines exceptional individual execution with the ability to build and scale winning teams. You will personally own and close transformational enterprise deals while leading a team of 2–3 Account Executives focused on penetrating strategic accounts and acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of executive relationships, excels at consultative and value-based selling, and has a demonstrated track record of creating opportunities, navigating complex buying processes, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
