This is a player-coach role designed for a high-performing enterprise sales leader who combines exceptional individual execution with the ability to build and scale winning teams. You will personally own and close transformational enterprise deals while leading a team of 2–3 Account Executives focused on penetrating strategic accounts and acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of executive relationships, excels at consultative and value-based selling, and has a demonstrated track record of creating opportunities, navigating complex buying processes, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets. The Energy industry is entering a once-in-a-generation transformation driven by AI, automation, energy security, infrastructure modernization, and workforce challenges. As Vice President of Sales, Energy, you will be responsible for helping the world's largest energy companies move beyond visibility and prediction toward autonomous execution creating measurable impact across production, reliability, supply chains, assets, and critical infrastructure.
