About The Position

American Signal Equipment, a member of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Operations. This role will oversee and lead branch managers in operations, build client relationships, develop strategies, coordinate labor and equipment logistics, and ensure quality compliance. The position requires a hands-on approach to construction management, project bidding, and collaboration with other executives. The ideal candidate will analyze reports and financial statements, and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Previously been a Branch Manager
• Managerial experience in Traffic Control and Permanent Sign Installation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead branch managers in operations of American Signal Equipment.
• Build client relationships and develop strategies related to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate labor and equipment logistics between branches.
• Serve as a hands-on role in every aspect of construction management including completing projects by completion dates.
• Ensure quality compliance.
• Facilitating discussions and problem solving at a branch and corporate level.
• Bidding projects.
• Meet and work closely with other executives.
• Analyze reports and financial statements.
• Other duties assigned by the General Manager of Americsn Signal Equipment.

• Salaried position ($120,000- $125,000)
