This role leads enterprise-level revenue strategy, pricing, distribution, and inventory optimization to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability while ensuring alignment with ownership goals and the company’s long-term growth plans. As the senior-most revenue leader, the VP partners closely with the President, Commercial Team, Operations, and Property GMs to shape strategic direction, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives that position Springboard as a top-performing hospitality company in diverse markets. SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM Reports to President Direct Reports: Regional Directors, Area Directors, Revenue Managers and Property-level Revenue Leaders Oversight of Springboard’s 50+ properties Springboard Executive Leader This role may be based remotely with regular travel to properties, corporate offices, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including 5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles with proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving portfolio revenue growth and market share in both branded and independent hotel environments.
  • Proven experience influencing executive-level decisions and working directly with ownership groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and implementing technology solutions at scale.

  • Ability to travel regularly for property visits, executive meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute the company’s enterprise revenue management strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives and market conditions.
  • Set long-term and short-term revenue targets for the portfolio, ensuring each property’s performance plan supports company profitability goals.
  • Lead strategic pricing, stay restriction, and inventory control frameworks, ensuring consistent application across all properties.
  • Anticipate and respond to evolving market dynamics, competitive shifts, and macroeconomic factors to maintain leadership in market share and RevPAR growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to integrate revenue strategies into the broader commercial plan, ensuring seamless alignment with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Operations initiatives.
  • Serve as a key advisor to property owners and asset managers on revenue strategy, market trends, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure forecasts, budgets, and business plans are realistic, data-driven, and strategically aligned.
  • Oversee all distribution channel performance, ensuring rate integrity, brand standards, and profitability optimization.
  • Drive direct booking initiatives through strategic partnerships with Marketing and Technology, shifting share from higher-cost third-party channels.
  • Lead content, merchandising, and positioning strategies to maximize conversion across all platforms.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire top revenue management talent, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide strategic coaching and training for revenue leaders at both the corporate and property levels.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the revenue management discipline.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights to ownership and executive leadership.
  • Establish clear KPIs and monitor performance against revenue and market share goals.
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement enterprise-level revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution technology to optimize performance.
  • Champion the use of predictive analytics to enhance decision-making and drive efficiency.
  • Lead the rollout of new tools and ensure adoption of best practices across the portfolio.
  • Provide strategic leadership in due diligence, onboarding, and integration of new hotels into the portfolio.
  • Spearhead revenue strategies for property repositioning, renovations, and brand transitions.
