Natural Retreats is hiring a Vice President of Revenue Management to join our team! This business critical role directly impacts profitability for both Natural Retreats and its homeowners through strategic pricing, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership of the Revenue Management (RM) function. The Vice President of Revenue Management (VPRM) provides strategic leadership and direction to department Directors and Senior Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent execution across teams. Aligning the strategic direction of the Revenue Management department with the company’s broader business objectives, the VPRM ensures that revenue strategies are clearly communicated, consistently implemented, and continuously optimized through the use of effective tools, technologies, and best practices. This role is responsible for driving revenue performance across all Natural Retreats locations, maximizing the potential yield on a per-home basis. The VPRM leads the day-to-day and long-term execution of pricing and yield strategies, oversees assigned personnel, facilitates regular revenue calls, monitors market trends, and supports cross-functional collaboration. This role also requires hands-on support as needed to ensure departmental and company objectives are met.
