About The Position
Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking candidate to join their organization as the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Housing. This role will lead the affordable housing, real estate development, and asset management portfolio. The Vice President will oversee the entire portfolio of LIHTC properties, HUD Section 202 housing, and HOME and CDBG-funded housing, bringing pioneering ideas for managing properties to benefit both residents and the organization. CCSWW has a long history of serving youth, immigrants, older adults, and people experiencing homelessness throughout western Washington state, with a mission focused on individuals, children, families, and communities struggling with poverty, intolerance, and racism.
