About The Position

Staccato 2011 is seeking an experienced Vice President of Quality & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead our enterprise-wide quality and safety strategy. This executive role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, customer experience, and environmental health and safety programs. As the organization's ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 Management Representative, you will play a critical role in strengthening our quality culture, advancing continuous improvement, and supporting the growth of one of the most respected brands in the firearms industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 12+ years of quality leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a Director or Vice President-level role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading enterprise quality systems and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality, regulatory compliance, and EHS program management.
• Proven ability to build a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in firearms, defense, aerospace, or precision manufacturing industries.
• ISO 45001 experience.
• ASQ CQE or CQM/OE certification.
• Familiarity with ATF proof testing requirements and SAAMI standards.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification and experience serving as a Management Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing operations.
• Drive quality performance, process improvement, and operational excellence across all divisions.
• Oversee manufacturing quality, engineering quality, customer complaint management, and service quality functions.
• Lead the company's Environmental Health & Safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety standards.
• Serve as the organization's Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001.
• Establish and monitor key quality and safety performance metrics.
• Build and develop high-performing quality and EHS teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
