The Vice President, Property Management Sales on the Real Property Management team will serve as the primary sales and business development liaison between the home office and franchise locations, ensuring alignment with RPM’s strategic objectives. This role involves promoting and implementing RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems, building strong relationships with franchisees, developing and delivering training programs, leveraging brand tools and programs, designing and managing strategic partnership programs, establishing referral networks, and owning the Real Property Management acquisition strategy.
