About The Position

Lead the overall portfolio and product management strategy for HP's Office Print business. Define portfolio vision, product roadmap priorities, investment decisions, and lifecycle management strategies. Develop and communicate a clear portfolio strategy aligned to customer needs, market trends, technology evolution, and business objectives. Partner closely with engineering, R&D, supply chain, finance, marketing, sales, and services organizations to ensure successful product execution and commercialization. Drive end-to-end portfolio management, including business case development, product planning, roadmap governance, launch readiness, lifecycle management, and end-of-life decisions. Balance short-term business performance with long-term portfolio investments and innovation priorities. Identify new growth opportunities across hardware, software, services, workflow solutions, and adjacent technologies. Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation decisions to maximize customer impact and business returns. Manage complexity across multiple product categories, technologies, and stakeholder groups while maintaining execution discipline. Influence senior leaders across the organization to drive alignment, decision-making, and successful business outcomes. Monitor market, customer, technology, and competitive trends to ensure HP maintains a differentiated market position. Build strong partnerships across product development, engineering, GTM, and regional organizations to improve speed, accountability, and customer outcomes. Develop and lead a high-performing product management organization with strong succession planning and talent development.

Requirements

  • Significant product management, portfolio management, and product strategy leadership experience, ideally with end-to-end ownership of complex hardware and software portfolios.
  • Proven experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and portfolio investment decisions.
  • Strong understanding of both hardware and software business models and how they come together to create differentiated customer experiences.
  • Experience operating across product, engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance functions.
  • Proven ability to operate as an integrator across product, engineering, supply chain, and go-to-market organizations, driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant business impact.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate market insights into portfolio strategy and product decisions.
  • Experience driving transformation, simplification, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
  • Global leadership experience within large multinational organizations.
