Requirements

Requires reading, writing, and math skills normally obtained from a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum of ten (10) years in executive business development and five (5) years’ experience in a successful management/leadership role.
Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
Travel occasionally as needed.
Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Cultivates and maintains relationships with key payers and promotes innovative programs and reimbursement methodologies.
Serves as the primary subject matter expert for contracts negotiated.
Ensures all contracts are implemented according to stated terms by working collaboratively with other internal departments.
Identifies and implements contracting opportunities for revenue improvement.
Negotiates contractual agreements to meet company and department financial goals.
Obtains and performs analysis of data, as necessary, to meet expectations of the role.
Effectively manages resources to ensure workflow and/or project deadlines are met.
Prepares and presents reports and/or data to both internal and external stakeholders, as necessary.
Evaluates the payer needs or requests, by market.
Provides leadership and mentors staff and/or team members as appropriate.
Participates in internal and external meetings as necessary.
