About The Position

RPM Healthcare partners with leading health systems and large medical groups to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven remote care solutions. We are expanding our enterprise partnerships and seeking an experienced executive to lead high-value relationship development and revenue growth. Role Overview The Vice President of Partnerships is a senior, relationship-driven leader responsible for generating and closing enterprise-level partnerships with large group practices and health systems. This role is for a proven healthcare technology executive with deep industry relationships and a history of closing complex, high-value deals. You will own strategic revenue targets, manage executive-level relationships, and help shape RPM Healthcare’s long-term partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of healthcare and/or health-tech sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling to health systems and large medical groups
  • Established network within provider organizations
  • Track record of closing multi-six- and seven-figure deals
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or managed services
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
  • Highly organized and data-driven

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with C-suite and senior executives at health systems and large practices
  • Originate, negotiate, and close enterprise partnerships
  • Drive at least $2M+ in annual new revenue
  • Expand existing relationships and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
  • Represent RPM Healthcare at industry events and conferences
  • Lead complex sales cycles from introduction to contract execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
