About The Position
Hiring for a Vice President of Operations, responsible to lead and energize the company across all departments, driving the development of competitive, strategic operations that win work and fuel growth. You will establish and strengthen business development and project management practices, champion innovative approaches for design-build and energy projects, and transform past project insights into smarter, forward-looking decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical contractor.
- Experience in leadership, operations, and business development in prior roles.
- Superior drive, work-ethic, communications skills, and emotional intelligence.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
